US SEC Continues to Respond to Ripple’s Action

As the SEC’s action against Ripple continues, the Securities and Exchange Commission is asking Ripple Labs to write a lengthy response to its motion to exclude witness testimony.
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission asked judge Analisa Torres on Wednesday long enough to support response of 90 pages in July to exclude Ripple’s ten expert witness testimony.

At the judge’s request, the case was opened on April 28, as such actions and reactions were limited. 15 pages per expert.
