The second Proof of Keys is set to occur within less than sixty days, where Bitcoin would vanish from exchanges. The originator of the movement, Trace Mayer, informed the investors through Twitter, encouraging them to support the event.

The well-known crypto investor suggests the bitcoin hodlers obtain complete control over their funds by shifting the cryptocurrency from their selected exchanges to a bitcoin wallet. Following the trade-mark, “Not your keys, not your bitcoins,” Mayer indicates the possession of the investments by the exchange when one holds the coins on it.
The event is set to take place on January 3, 2020, which is the date of the Bitcoin genesis block. The concept is created to epitomize the original intent of Bitcoin, which is eliminating the third-party.
